Do I need a subscription to use my SafeTrack device?
Yes. A subscription is required to activate the tracker inside the device and access the SafeTrack App. Without an active subscription, the device will function only as an accessory.
What does the SafeTrack subscription include?
Your subscription grants you access to all features of the SafeTrack App, including:
- Real-time GPS tracking for all connected devices
- Location history
- Emergency/SOS alerts to contact emergency contacts or 911
Can I connect multiple devices to one subscription?
Our standard subscription covers one device. However, we offer Dual and Family Plans that provide discounted rates for connecting two or more devices
Is the tracking data secure and private?
Yes. Your privacy and security are our top priority. Only authorized users within your account can view location data. We never share or sell your tracking information.
Can I view the location of all my family members and pets at once?
The SafeTrack App is designed for a unified view. On the main map screen, you can see the real-time location and battery status of all connected SafeTrack devices simultaneously, making it easy to manage your entire ecosystem.
How do I use the SOS feature on my device?
Most devices have a dedicated SOS button (usually a small, labelled button). Holding this button down for 3-5 seconds will immediately send an emergency notification to the primary guardian's phone, along with the device's real-time location.
